HRBP is very friendly, professional and understanding. All line managers I interacted with were very supportive, especially my line manager who was extremely compassionate and emphatic. Vast majority of people I worked with were also friendly and approachable

The only con I can think of is the CEO. The embodiment of a stereotypical middle management persona, but in a C-Suite position.

Personally, I don't have many cons. Each team is required to be in the office a certain number of days per week, with one set day for the entire team. This may not be everyone's preference but adds to the team culture when you are in. As a smaller company, some processes are still being established, but this also provides an opportunity to be creative in your role and actively contribute as new systems are developed.
