Nice people, poor marketing - Sales Representative Kuber Financial Employee Review

Not much pressure to get the job done

No opportunity for advancement. Not much work to do.

Terrible management, no leadership. The owner lets the CEO do anything and she has no idea how to run a company. The mangers are all clueless as they take direction from her. They don’t even have an hr person so no where to submit complaints to. Health insurance is the worst ever and really expensive . The benefits here are not worth subscribing to. Parking is across the street give yourself 20 minutes to walk across. They only care about socializing and there is no room for growth. They started a debt settlement company called Safestone financial and they promised 6 figure salaries with commission which is impossible to reach . They sell Marketing services to other debt settlement companies and it’s all bait and switch. People call in for loans that they are never approved for and they don’t want debt settlement. They need better marketing more leads and more calls and new leadership. The owner he needs a reality check. They have snacks that no one cares about , would much rather have a raise. Impossible to manage any project here as the CEO blocks anyone from having access to any information as she’s scared to reveal what she’s hiding. Shady dealings happening.

The owner needs to clean house and stop letting one person monopolize the entire company and run it into the ground. I’ll be shocked if they are still running and profitable in a year.
