Tone Deaf and High Turnover - Anonymous employee Kubbco Employee Review

They hire young people with no experience in anything to do work they do not train them for. They let go of people randomly. They also are very tone deaf and do not listen to their employees. They are also uncultured and rely on a management system that is incredibly flawed. Long hours and management that has no idea what they are doing, especially with an attitude.
