Pros
This is a growing company agile and quite dynamic. Work is challenging in a good way but there's also a lot of bright people next to you to help you move forward and learn. We have snacks and food available, massages on friday and we can play FIFA on a 2 x 3m screen! It's always good to see your work have such an important place in everyday life for the portuguese consumer, you don't feel like you are doing some app or software that you don't really know the end user.
Cons
It's not the kind of company where you work 8 to 5. If you're looking for a job where you have a lot of free time between snacks, it's not for you. You need to have passion for your work and feel you're helping lots of people, including your friends and family. This is not particularly negative but it could be if you are not a very active person and you can't wait to get home to your stuff.
