Pros

I don't have a single good thing to say about this temp agency. I did get a quick hire via them, but I will never work with these people again.

Cons

This company is staffed entirely by people that speak English as a second language and thus have very thick accents. It's hard to understand them when they contact you and they expect you to do all the footwork for them. It took almost three weeks for them to complete my background check and I had to contact them three different times to get a straight answer on how to submit a time sheet. It also looks like they don't communicate with each other. After I got the job assignment, different people from K-tek contacted me with almost identical job assignments for less than the agreed-upon pay rate. When I informed them that I had a job assignment already, they tried to argue with me that they hadn't given me a job assignment and did not agree to my pay rate, despite my having a copy of the signed contract stating otherwise. After I quit, I was locked out of the hiring company's system and could not submit my final timesheet to K-tek. K-tek utterly refused to help me and told me that I had to do all the footwork myself. I finally decided to eat my final week just so I didn't have to deal with K-tek anymore. Do not work for this company. They are terrible.

Pros

Convenient office location. Management is only husband and wife.

Cons

Payroll inconsistent, biweekly pay not semimonthly. No strategy and plan on expanding the company. Company made a bunch of terrible hires and have no plan on growing the organization. Mandatory office role with being in office 5 days a week.
