Lovely company - Senior Software Engineer Ksubaka Employee Review

One of the best, if not the best, companies I have worked for. Ksubaka has the perfect mix of interesting, innovative, fast-paced projects and long term strategic product development. If there is pressure, and typical of a startup there sometimes is, it's collective pressure, we’re all working together towards the same thing and we care about what we do. The environment is very positive. We're collaborative, everyone can input into the way we work and what we do and we're transparent with no silos, cliques or company politics (yes, really!). Work-life balance is good and the company cares about its staff, not because it is set in policy and has to, but because there is a genuine personal desire to.

We ran out of coffee the other day. Seriously, there aren’t any. The only thing I can think of that might seem like a con for candidates reading this is the location, but it’s actually great and worth a trip to see. We have employees who live all over Greater London who commute to us.

I’ve had an amazing number of years working at Ksubaka. I work with intelligent, fast-paced people that are always looking at innovative ways to work smarter. I am constantly exposed to a huge variety of projects and quickly gained a lot more experience than most industry roles would allow. The company has a great positive attitude to people development and does try to help and support its employees whatever way they can which is a very positive and uplifting environment to work and thrive in.
