Management -high turnover -using un-proportionally invasive workplace surveillance methods to track employee activity - introduced negative effects and decreased employee morale, work-related stress, and counterproductive work behaviours. - treats employees as disposable assets by letting go or cutting shifts of long term workers over unreasonable and inaccurate reports - heavy pressure to complete training outside of employee work hours, plus attending meetings that notoriously lasted 1+ hours. No work life balance. - manipulating and provoking distrust amongst employees by instigating the spread of rumours. -mismanagement of numerous sensitive HR issues that were incorrectly handled/addressed leading to an uncomfortable work environment and distrust in management. -owner (who is management, HR and the end of the communication chain) consistently will ask invasive questions about other employees business outside of work. -threatens to end makeup careers if a resignation is handed forward. -overall a pretty nasty place to work
