Pros
- Very supportive and collaborative team environment - Great product that's way ahead of competitors capabilities - Consistent growth (with new clients, product improvements, and offerings) - Work life balance. Everyone has a work hard, play hard mentality - Being a part of a small team has meant you can really make an impact - Strong leadership team
Cons
Internal processes and structure isn't concrete yet and there's always room for improvement, but I like to think of it as an opportunity
