Pros
+People are, by and large, good +Good product(s), company is generally steady/growing
Cons
-Everything else outside of people is beyond terrible at this place -Working environment is ok, but feels like something out of the 80s; generally quite traditional, 9-5 type place with relatively little flexibility outside of 2 days WFH -Processes are stuck back in the stone age; EXTREMELY manual and time consuming. Spend way too much time just putting together basic reports, spend little time analyzing or beyond that -Because of the above, expect your skills to atrophy; you learn VERY little new things that can help you grow in your career. If you're fine with that, perhaps this is the place for you. -While most people are good, some are terrible and will make your day-to-day working life miserable -Generally a place where careers go to "die" - a lot of lifers and/or low ambition type of folks here who have been doing things the "Kruger way" for so long they're probably not employable out in the real world
