Clicky, plays favorites. They will not give head count and keep you at temp status and treat you different like it was your choice. Management will avoid you if they don't like you, even when trying to find solutions as simple as materials needed to do the job. They provided little training and expect you perform with full understanding. Nepotism is a huge problem. They will challenge your knowledge and experience if you are a woman. If a man says the same thing they will stop asking questions.
