You better, because that's the same title you will have until you move on. Growth opportunities? Sure! Just don't expect it to be accompanied by a substantial raise or title movement. Attached to your coworkers? Don't be, turnover never stops. Hoping for team outings? Get comfortable with virtual happy hours where you supply the drinks. Managing Directors?
