-You will gain a lot of knowledge and hands on experience - Remote setting is ideal if you have kids or pets - Stipend for buying home office equipment is nice - Nice culture with nice people
Cons
- Long hours, especially during busy season, to the point that its overwhelming and unsustainable for any sort of balance outside of the office - Huge lack of communication and planning when it comes to being in office/assigning work - Poor leadership - Bonuses/raises are low and/or you won't get one - No pay for overtime
