Pros
Great work life balance. They hire enough help to get the workload done...many 40 hour flat work weeks. Great place to start any commercial RE career path.
Cons
If you're cool with being an appraiser, there's really no cons. Many just leave for investment firms. I would imagine this is one of the highest $/hr entry level commercial RE jobs out there.
