Pros

Nothing , you just have a job

Cons

Employees are treated badly. They think they pay you , so they can treat you however they want to. They dont respect people. They want to extract as much as work from you till you suffocate and dont have time to breathe. You can forget about your personal life and treat the company as your god. That way you will be able to survive there. They try to bring in all the emotions like this is a family , this is our company etc etc. Like any other corporate. Managers are toxic, team lead is toxic and your co workers are toxic as well. What more can you expect from a company? Company politics? Oh yeah , why not? If the middle management doesnt have an answer to their bosses, what do they do? Try to solve the problem? Well, not at all. They just make you the scapegoat. That way the job gets easier right. And you get all the blame that you (don't) deserve. You , at least do your job right. Dont even think about appreciation. Do you think your work would even be recognised? Hahaha...grow up my boy Ok, so now, you are treated bad. Do you get something out of the company? You get a few pennies thrown at you in the beginning of the month. You learn all the worst practices in the industry. How to deliver a buggy piece of software in the shortest duration as possible? Thats how you think about stability and how your system performs in the long run. So forget about good learning as well.

Pros

Flexible WFH, entirely dependent on your reporting manager and team. An excellent place to learn how to handle constant tension, anger, and extreme pressure. Provides real-world training in critical decision-making. Leadership and management serve as a live case study in how not to manage or lead teams. After this experience, you can survive almost any workplace.

Cons

Poor management overall. I believe the company is surviving mainly because of the extended dedication of its employees. They provide “excellent” training that lasts one to two weeks before immediately pushing employees into production environments. The engineering team is trapped in a cycle of firefighting, expected to continuously fix legacy defects while simultaneously delivering new features. senior members often overuse employees and threaten them with incentive or performance review ratings. You may be asked to fix bugs ranging from two-year-old issues to bugs reported just minutes ago. There is little to no opportunity to develop strong technical or coding skills; the role primarily involves shortcuts, documentation, and sharing temporary solutions within the team. Repeated requests for bug reports and RCA documents are common, yet nothing actually changes. Instead of implementing permanent fixes, the company relies on temporary workarounds. The only empathy I have is that this is a fast-paced industry and customers will not wait. The company frequently agrees to every client request and feature without considering realistic timelines, which ultimately places excessive pressure on employees.

no dress code, no strict break timing, compensation not bad

Cons

office politics, dead culture, no good tech talent to learn and grow from. more people telling what to do than people who know how to actually deliver scalable solutions
