While the work can be demanding at times, the level of support from the team is outstanding. They are always willing to make time, despite their busy schedules, to provide guidance or clarification on any challenges you face. The experience gained at Kreshmore is truly unique. Pros

From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed at Kreshmore. I was consistently encouraged to ask questions, seek guidance, and lean on the team whenever I was uncertain, and that support was real. Every member of the firm was approachable, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made it easy to learn and grow quickly. The culture Joe Wabick has built speaks volumes. There’s a strong sense of trust, respect, and collaboration throughout the team, and I never once felt uncomfortable reaching out to anyone for help. It was a joy to begin my career here, and I’ll carry the lessons, perspective, and work ethic I gained with me for the rest of my life.

Cons

The boutique investment banking space can be a challenging industry to break into early in your career. That said, I was given the proper guidance, resources, and support to build a strong understanding of the space and grow confidently in my role.
