Everyday Work changes. Entire floor is on hands of a lady who does nothing but keep on shouting and arguing. No one listen to you nor they have clear idea what they are doing. Lady Manager is totally Clueless what she is doing. If she is late no LOP if team is late she will ask us to apply halfday leave. She will take WFH very often but for others they wont allow WFH on top of that they will ask medical certificate if any health issues, on trust on employee. No proper office atmosphere nor any office culture. None of the Saturdays are off, yours probation will keep on getting extended. Think twice before you join.
