Pros

None! I wish I could write something meaningful here but there are literally no pros that I can think of.

Cons

No objective or goal: Sales targets and company objectives change almost every day. There is absolutely no clarity from the management. They keep changing the process almost on a weekly basis. No benefits and absolutely zero effort on motivating the employees. It is all about schemes to increase pressure on teams. No clarity: The founder and the senior management are absolutely clueless about running and leading a company. No feedback mechanism: Your feedback here is never considered though you are encouraged to speak up. Why bother asking for feedback? Unrealistic expectations: Extremely unrealistic expectations in terms of sales targets. They keep committing on new timelines for product feature launches but expect the sales team to increase sales like a hockey stick.

We are sorry that you had to express on Glassdoor. Ideally, you should have expressed this in person, more specifically in our huddles. That being said, we want to clarify a few things here.We take extreme pride in achieving our goal - to become the default HR and Payroll Software in India, thereby making Kredily the largest employee platform in India.We've grown 10x over the last year - something that normally would take years. Ten fold growth requires a disruptive approach. The usual 'stable', 'incremental' approach does not work. Kredily definitely isn't a 9 to 5 workplace. Team Kredily comprises extremely motivated individuals - who believe in disruption and exceeding their own expectations. To that effect, Kredily also recognises and rewards excellence.Apart from a marked to market salary, ALL Team members have ESOPs. Possibly, Kredily is the only organisation, where ALL FULL TIME EMPLOYEES HAVE ESOPS - this is something we take extreme pride in. Of course, for someone with a 9 to 5 workplace expectation - Kredily isn't a great fit. We also acknowledge the same. Growing startups have a large number of moving parts - hypotheses change with new data surfacing each week and the iteration continues. You may have construed this as a 'lack of clarity'; however, it's actually experimentation and hypothesis validation for a rapidly expanding business. We believe in the fail fast approach and encourage our Teams to iterate quickly, so that hypotheses can be validated, as opposed to being stuck in ideation forever. We thank you for acknowledging that we ask for feedback. However, startups at our stage, have limited resources and bandwidth. Hence not every feedback can be implemented immediately. However, over time, with feedback from Customers and internal teams, we have rapidly added new features to our product, improved internal processes and everything else. In fact, our mantra is - If we don't seek feedback, and live in our own cocoons and will soon be extinct like dinosaurs. This is something we repeat in every huddle/discussion/town hall/meet. The 10x growth to 100K+ Employees, over the last year, is a phenomenal achievement! The road has not been easy - but it has happened, because everyone committed and brought their best game to the table. The challenge ahead - becoming India's largest HRMS company and with a world class experience for our Customers is difficult. But we are determined and prepared to surge ahead.

Supportive team environment and helpful coworkers Management communicates goals clearly Good opportunities for learning and professional development

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging during busy seasons, and some communication between departments could be clearer to avoid misunderstandings. A few processes are still manual or outdated, which can slow down project completion.
