Highly exploitative of junior staff members - Intern Kreab Employee Review

Senior management couldn't run a drinking party in a brewery. Seemingly all new junior team members started on an unliveable wage for London and given vague promises of promotion after a certain period of time that could easily be renegued on. Managing director almost never present and would end weekly team meetings with "work very hard, make loads of money". Senior team members were seemingly incompetent and often billed on projects that really required specialist knowledge that they did not have.
