Pros
The company emerged as a good player in the field of start-ups, but later on turned out to be bad, good employees started leaving the company and the company is left with only relatives, near and dear ones, gradually relatives (which were good employees) also started moving for the betterment and growth of their career.
Cons
1. Company major strength comprises of relatives apart from 2-4 employees. 2. Policies for relatives and employees differ, be it leave, WFH, attendance. 3. Career opportunity is available for those who don't require any stipend or pay in the initial 3 or 6 months of joining (free of cost people)
