Totally depends on which project/client you are deployed to. Most of the management is from north india, so there is north indian lobbying.
Cons
Very unprofessional behaviour, you really need to careful with your words as they coax employees and try to get the most out of them. Even if you have worked for last month, you might not get salary for your work.
