I interned at KraftPixel as an HR Trainee (part-time). Joining a new team can be daunting, but under the mentorship of Abhishek Gharat, the co-founder and CEO of KraftPixel, my experience was nothing short of wonderful. Abhishek’s kindness, patience and unwavering support eased my transition into the HR realm, making him an empathetic leader. Working remotely and being the first HR member at KraftPixel opened doors to many opportunities. From grasping the intricate HR requirements to successfully hiring the right candidates, my journey was a hands-on lesson in HR from the ground up. Interacting with a diverse pool of candidates significantly honed my communication skills. I was given the opportunity and encouraged to apply my learnings from pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Implementing these insights into the department’s operations not only enriched my academic experience but also contributed to the overall growth of the team. I’m so grateful for my time at KraftPixel.
