      Laid back environment, no dress code.

      Cons

      Vacation is considered by management as a "privilege". Management talks to their employees like they are children and humiliates them in front of one another.

      great benefits package other employees (not managers) are awesome hours relaxed dress code

      Cons

      low pay micro manage ever changing expectations ( most conflicting with the previous given ) lack of communication 4 hours of training on computer program no upward advancement
