Pros
Fun company with lots of great people, sense of humor, and never a dull moment. Decent delivery team and services offerings follow market trends.
Cons
Management decisions are made in a vacuum with little input from the people they affect the most. Ever-changing comp plans that often don't stay in line with competitors. Interesting that someone commented on the "open door policy." Didn't find that to be true at all.
