time off , salary and some of the team members you work with.
Cons
Technical people get thrown under the bus for telling the truth the clients and blamed by Account managers when they aren't meeting their sales numbers. Management believes AM's more than technical delivery people or technical resources in general, making it difficult to work and you don't find out until it's too late.
