      Pros

      - Some smart people - Nice office in Boise

      Cons

      - The leadership has failed the company since its acquisition by Equifax. There is no strategic direction, and every year random goals for the year further dilute the vision across the board. - There are a few bad apples at the top that only care about their bonuses, and will push projects accordingly. - Morale is low, so is trust. The best minds that build Kount have already left the company, or were pressured to leave.
