-Incredible client list (and rising)
-Really talented teams all-round; folks don't take themselves too seriously
-Smart strategy and creative/design work
-Private operation with positive internal culture
-Alex and Arty (MD/ECD) are good dudes
Cons
-Lack of resourcing leadership; people are tossed from project to project leaving little room for continuity and relationship building
-sometimes an overdose in company culture; folks spend just a touch too much time together [both in and out of the office] for anyone needing more separation
-office (while great) and in a cool part of Williamsburg, it is not conveniently located from either Marcy or Bedford...4x a week (mandated) doesn't help!
- Flexible hours - Good pay - Free dinner at the end of each shift
Cons
- Sometimes, it's hard to understand other employees because of the language barrier prevalent in the restaurant industry - Expected to step in as a hostess when the restaurant is understaffed - Tips aren't a lot compared to other restaurants but the hourly wage is pretty high so that makes up for it
