      Pros

      Can't beat a great lunch that is provided by the company! 4 day work weeks! Major Holidays off and the Management at all levels are very easy to work with! Work is a mixture of challenging parts for all types of industrial fields. Huge work area that is both air conditioned and heated

      Cons

      Work pay could be more competitive but good things do come around.
