I loved working at Koru Partners. The team was enjoyable and friendly and I made some good friends. The culture at Koru Partners is heavily focused towards growing and learning - which was perfect for me going in as an intern. It is important to keep an open mind and be ready to be challenged and take initiative because that is how you will learn. The team is usually very kind but also direct - keep an open mind be ready to learn and improve on your mistakes.

Not really a con but again be prepared to keep an open mind and embrace the work you are given. The nature of tasks may vary on a day to day basis as the team is not too big so be ready to be exposed to different learning opportunities.

1. Many valuable ideas remain stagnant at the ideation stage, lacking in-depth exploration to yield genuine understanding and meaningful insights. 2. Need to be quite resilient to survive, particularly when lacking prior exposure to critical thinking in previous roles.
