- Wide variety of interesting projects - Diverse sets of skills among employees and all of them are very competent - CEO and COO have lots of experience and are really good managers; they're also very focused on building a great work culture

- Roles are quite broad so you'll have to wear many hats that might be outside your area of expertise (could be a pro or a con depending on the person)
