      Pros

      Everyone here is super professional, respectful, and cool to work with. It is a simple business model - they have 3 main businesses Korn/Ferry exec search / futurestep / and LTC - consulting. As long as you do your work well, you will be rewarded. The environment is not overly political and not too much drama.

      Cons

      Corporate continues to cut benefits.

      Pros

      Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

      Cons

      No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
