management is willing to listen every single employee's feedback, you feel encourged during day to day work. communication and corporation among diff dept is smoothly, overall process is good.
Cons
hard to get promoted. no sense of belonging to the team since it was accqired by KF. communication no longer transparent as before, many uncertainties.
