Pros

Work from home. Strong brand name. Big clients.

Cons

The company is experiencing decline across several areas. Workplace culture has deteriorated due to favoritism, discrimination, and insecure leadership practices. A number of managers appear to have advanced primarily through personal relationships with the Managing Director rather than competence, resulting in poor management practices and weak accountability. Opportunities for career progression and learning are uneven: Saudis or Emirati employees (if any) have limited advancement and development, while Indian and Lebanese employees are doing fine. The firm is also struggling world wide with layoffs occurring multiple times a year. It no longer holds the market-leading position it once did.

Pros

Work from home gives flexibility, time off is good.

Cons

No raises ever, bonuses are not a motivator nor an indicator of the work you do. No one seems to know why you receive the bonus you do, it is just from a spreadsheet handed to your direct manager who apparently has no influence in the decision. Raises never happen and no one can answer if they are coming or not—you just never get one.
