Clients are constantly frustrated. PMO has very few competent PMs, and the “senior PMs” are a bunch of mean girls. Impossible to get them to do their jobs well. Zero accountability anywhere. Loyalty to a partner will get you farther than being skilled. If you care about doing good work, being challenged, and treated fairly - Korn Ferry is not for you.
