I loved my on site team

AVE- If someone really wanted to blow a whistle on leadership ethics .... it would be a heavy book. There are countless behind the scenes things that make this company the worst in the industry to work for: They have a bully crew of about four people in senior leadership who seem kind at first. But these people have done and I’m sure do/said things that creates fear and low morale in the workplace. Oh and don’t speak up...if you get on their bad side- they will make your life uncomfortable and miserable. They hide things to from the residents and communities and even employees to make them look better. Even if it’s things that are dangerous.....

Meet nice people and coworkers. Nice location

Cons

Constantly overworked and under appreciated. Underpaid for the duties performed . Poor communication. No call no shows and forced to work double shifts. Management treats you poorly. no incentives No room for career growth. Made to train new Manager. Extreme high turnover Always
