Family business with people put in key positions juste because of their relationship with the CEO. No proper management technique, no clear feedback, the managers seem to lead their teams with their emotions and the main probation objective seems to be making ourselves liked by management on the personal level. One of my probation period objectives was to go out with my colleagues OUTSIDE of my working hours. Impossible to focus in the office, with reps yelling their joy in the middle of the open space when they close a deal. Top management have a patronizing attitude towards employees.
