      Work-life balance is great although it is a Korean company

      Cons

      Small wage. No promotion opportunity. The organization is old. The worst thing is that, between 2008 to 2014, Korea Telecom laid off more than 10,000 employees

      Relatively low salary and compensation in telco in Korea Slow market growth and low profit ratio compared to other IT Increasing competition with other players like OTT, platform, media giants, etc
