Pros
Jim has been a great advocate, making sure I was well represented to the company. I ended up getting a contract with an outside company and Jim was an excellent recruiter.
Cons
Same con's as any third party recruiter. There's 2x the HR paperwork and portals to keep track of. You might have a delay if the company sends your recruiter a message and they can't forward it to you immediately. Con's have been negligible.
