Pros
Good health and dental benefits. Quarterly bonuses are a plus and vacation time is above an average labor job...3 weeks.
Cons
There seems to be a problem with rumours starting and spreading which most are not true which makes the environment toxic. There seems to be some favoritism played by some management. Not much upward mobility in production and at times hard to get training in other areas on the floor.
