      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Was fun work. Some decent people to work with

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism. Management exhibits favoritism. Lots of call ins. Had to consistently check pay stubs because they would forget to add them in.

      Friendly people, freedom to pursue projects you enjoy

      Cons

      Poor organization, poor asset management, corporate & higher management extremely disconnected i.e. makes decisions in a bubble and does not properly identify and utilize talents of their employees.
