The team is knowledgeable and supportive, encouraging learning and working to get the best results. There is a good balance of work and scheduling is reasonable, giving time to learn and improve while working on a monthly basis for most clients. Clients cover a wide range of industries and the knowledge is there across the team to help niche sites, ecommerce and other sectors. Retention of clients is the best I've seen in agency life - having worked at 4 other marketing agencies. Staff retention is also good, with some even returning after trying different things! The MD is honest and approachable, letting everyone do what they need to, whilst pushing for employees to use their expertise to get the best out of the team and client work.

Usual agency cons, such as monthly turn-around for work, client updates and everyones favourite time tracking.

Where do I start, if you are looking for a company to use you as a test run for some ideas they have then this is the place for you. I was straight lied to when joining the business about their financial siuation (they said they have just had their strongest ever year when actually they are losing money fast). There were unrealistic expectations placed on me due to being in such a poor financial state - I was given 3 months to make some sales when their sales cycle is 6 months. Management are clueless about how to drive the business forward. Have lost all their best clients due to not being able to deliver what is agreed. The business has shrunk massively this year and has led to them closing down their London office. Around 10 members of staff have left the business this year due to all of these reasons.
