Pros
The company has strong prospects due to its focus on solar energy, which is a growing industry. There is a lot to learn in this field, and working here can significantly widen one’s horizons and provide valuable long term career development.
Cons
There is a complete disregard for staff welfare. Meetings are excessively long and frequently eat into productive working time, with little consideration for employees’ workloads or schedules. The company culture gives the impression that employees should feel grateful simply to be employed, rather than being valued for their contributions. Processes and management structures lack organisation, while significant effort is spent projecting an image of the company as flawless. Overall, I found the environment unsupportive, poorly structured, and dismissive of employees’ time and wellbeing. My experience left me feeling undervalued and overworked.
