      Pros

      Nice company based in California. Very open about their intent to grow and sell to Deckers. Recently acquired.

      Cons

      Worked there during major management and ownership shifts. Relatively transparent but accepted unprofessional behavior from executives resulting in lower than average work ethic among outside sales.
