      Pros

      atmosphere is good. most days.

      Cons

      Pay is lacking compared to most companies. More of a jock setting. If you were popular in high school, you will fit right in here. If you earn the most money, you will be able to get away with anything. Including creating a hostile work environment for others. If you're a new broker, good luck getting any help. They make you take calls the first 6 months you are there. then they throw you on a phone and make you start cold calling with no help.

      Pros

      I’ve had the best experience in this role and truly enjoy the work I do. My team and Koola is supportive, collaborative and always willing to help each other succeed. I’m proud of the responsibilities I’ve been given and appreciate the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way. I love how i continue to grow in my role. It’s rewarding to work in an environment where my efforts are valued and where I can continue to grow professionally and personally.
