      Koodoo has a small but extremely motivated team, filled with people with passion for what they do. They have many exciting projects that they relentlessly work for.

      Cons

      Some parts of the team are in India, so the communication is something that could be improved.

      Pros

      Was always trying to stay ahead and be innovative. Team in the UK was hard working and incredibly fun and inspiring to be around.

      Cons

      Working with the team overseas was incredibly challenging and when complaints were raised about their behaviour to certain members of the team in the UK it was never taken seriously. Team members overseas were often rewarded whilst the team in the UK would have to sit back and watch.
