Overworked Underpaid - Anonymous employee Kooapps Employee Review

I feel like they do not factor in inflation in the salary offer Feels like they don't wanna invest on their employees. I think it's important that you give your employees the best tools to be more efficient(good computers, decent pay and proper communication). You guys lack so much on this part, and although employees get freedom, it still feels like you only see them as robots to do work when needed. Very small office. 6-day work week
