None. founders are pathetic. one dude among the founders is heavy drunkurd. rash management, no proper communication, layoffs happening daily. managers abuse employees with BC MC gaaliya and everything happens here only for PR. every thing is a PR stunt here. Illogical features, inhumane working hours, Product team distrubs developers even on the weekends and holidays saying "it needs to be shown to mayank". they'll die a booking.com death no doubt about it. the product itself is just cheap copy of twitter and every other feature is a cheap copy some other apps. their directions no one can understand, they want to be twitter somedays, but some other day want to be onlyfans and some day they want to be intagram. product team should get a life, because we developers have a life and a family, we cant sit like you in office till 2 - 3 am in the night for some silly impression of founders. get a new job before they layoff you also. multiple rounds of silent layoffs have happened already.
