- Micro management - No appraisal - laid off several employees at the time of appraisal and gratuity. - Leaves policy is not proper they will provide 2 leaves each month in your account you can carryover those leaves, they won’t provide sick leaves casual leaves privilege leaves, if you want to apply for leaves and you are exhausted with your leaves then they asked you to apply for unpaid leave. Company won’t give more festivals leaves, only limited leaves are there.
