Pros

I was fortunate enough to work with some incredibly talented people and definitely learned quite a bit. You have the ability to move up quickly, which definitely helps on the resume.

Cons

The lack of respect given to employees is something I've never seen (and never hope to see) at any other company. The average employee tenure is less than a year, which isn't surprising considering the God awful upper management. The KPIs are absolutely ridiculous and management does not give adequate feedback or support, so oftentimes you feel that you're sinking. Additionally, the pay is hardly close to adequate, especially considering the cost of living in Los Angeles-I had to fight to get $41 K as an account executive.

Pros

Friendly and supportive team with exposure to a variety of clients and industries. Leadership is approachable and encourages growth and learning. Work is interesting, and there are regular opportunities to take on new tasks and build skills.

Cons

Like many agencies, the pace can vary depending on client needs, which may require flexibility and strong time management. Processes and workflows can differ across teams, so there can be a learning curve when navigating different accounts, but internal teams are always helpful and supportive.

Pros

The agency offers Summer Fridays, which are a great perk. PTO is fair and easy to use, and the holiday schedule is very generous compared to many agencies. The junior team is collaborative and supportive and there are opportunities to work across a variety of brands and industries, making it a great place to build experience and sharpen different PR skills.

Cons

Like any agency environment, the workload can fluctuate depending on client needs, deadlines, and staffing changes. Certain periods can be fast-paced, requiring strong time management and knowing how to prioritize.
