Pros

Company sponsored parties and events, interesting client roster

Cons

Company is run with immature leadership team that operates with passive aggressive behavior. Clear expectations and goals are not set. Work/life balance is "encouraged" but unattainable with constant pressure to always be available. Client and employee communication is sub-par. Team leaders are often unavailable and play favorites among certain team members. Employees are expected to room with upper management on trips because they "don't like being alone". Anonymous employee surveys are not anonymous and you will be singled out for any input you give. The overall professionalism of this company is lacking and cannot be solved by any number of team building events or trips. It's like putting makeup on a pig.

Konnect Agency Response

We are disappointed to read this review – I never want any employee to leave feeling this way and I truly wish you had brought some of these issues up to us while you were still employed here. Regardless, we take all feedback seriously and I think there is definitely some things we can learn from what you’ve written here. Even though you left with a negative impression, I hope you know that our leadership team – and all of us here at Konnect – truly care about each individual’s personal growth, career path, and general happiness at work. We’ll continue working internally to make that a reality for everyone. Best, Sabina Gault

Pros

Friendly and supportive team with exposure to a variety of clients and industries. Leadership is approachable and encourages growth and learning. Work is interesting, and there are regular opportunities to take on new tasks and build skills.

Cons

Like many agencies, the pace can vary depending on client needs, which may require flexibility and strong time management. Processes and workflows can differ across teams, so there can be a learning curve when navigating different accounts, but internal teams are always helpful and supportive.

Pros

I’ve spent my career in agencies of all sizes, from highly structured global shops to lean boutiques. One consistent truth: agency life is not for everyone, and that’s not a failure — it’s a fit issue. Konnect is intentionally not a place where you hide behind process, titles, or rigid playbooks. While every agency can (and should) continue optimizing procedures and process, the defining difference here is that you’re not constrained by them. Leadership expects people to think critically, challenge ideas, and contribute beyond their job description. Everyone has a voice, and more importantly, everyone has accountability for the outcome. For people who understand ownership, this environment is energizing. For those accustomed to being managed through layers of approval and guardrails, it can feel uncomfortable at first. That discomfort is often misinterpreted as “chaos,” when in reality it reflects an autonomous culture focused on progress, not process theater.

Cons

High trust environments demand maturity and self-awareness. If you rely heavily on direction, validation, or perfectly defined lanes, this may feel daunting — especially early on. The pace is fast, the work is demanding, and ambiguity exists — especially in moments of growth. That won’t appeal to everyone.
