Pros
They pay was decent because they work with the government.
Cons
No one knows what anyone else is doing.
Leadership is non-existent. Don't work there if you need any sort of training. They will say that they will train you, but never do. Then they'll constantly tell you you're not performing well enough.
There is a very toxic relationship between the contractors and the federal employees. You'll spend most of your time kissing up to the feds. If the feds don't like you, you won't be there for long. They can get you fired almost without reason and Koniag has to do whatever they say. Koniag's HR department can't even help you with an issue if you're having trouble with a fed.
No one cares about you there. This is true for most places, but this place made no effort to even pretend like I wasn't just an expendable number.
